Thirteen minutes before going into labor, a woman unexpectedly gives birth in the bathroom.

Kasie Hunt, an anchor for CNN, said that she wanted to deliver her kid through cesarean section. It appears that the newborn had other intentions!

The Delivery of a child is often a wonderful experience, but not all women have the opportunity to give birth in optimum conditions, and many may not even make it to the maternity ward. This is precisely what happened to CNN journalist Kasie Hunt, who documented on Instagram how she gave birth to her second daughter, Grey, on the bathroom floor.

On March 3, the leading CNN commentator of national affairs revealed on Instagram the birth of her second child, Grey Hunt Rivera. On March 1, her daughter was born, according to People.com. Mars Hunt is Hunt and her husband Matthew Mario Rivera’s 3-year-old kid.

As stated in the story, her daughter had different plans despite the fact that she had a planned C-section. Kasie realized after 13 minutes of labor that she would not make it to the hospital, so she gave birth on the bathroom floor as her father assisted.

“My husband, @mattmrivera, and I are happy to meet our daughter, Grey Hunt Rivera, albeit she introduced herself. “Grey was born by her father on the toilet floor after 13 minutes of labor, before we could contact 911, and 24 hours before her planned C-section,” the sobbing mother tweeted.

“We are so thankful to the @dcfireandems team who walked us through the really tough moments before she took her first breaths and who arrived within minutes to transfer mom and baby to the hospital safely,” Hunt said in her post. “Big brother Mars couldn’t be happier, and we’re overjoyed to be a family of four.”

As she stated, the delivery was relatively uncomplicated, and both she and her child are in fantastic health.
