We all have a mission in life… Eline’s was one that reflected the desire to live and value the most precious moments.

Knowing its history will fill your heart. This tender 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 is a great example of strength, struggle and clinging to life through the bond of love, the greatest force that governs this world.

This little girl was born on November 14, 2019 with a weight of 1200 grams and a measurement of 38 centimeters. When she was three months old, doctors and specialists said that she had only a 2% chance of reaching one year of life.

This was so amazing that despite the low percentage probability, Elaine lived for a year and three months, struggling and clinging to life while enjoying the love of her mother Michelle for as long as possible.

Eline was born with ɴᴇᴏɴᴀtᴀʟ ᴘʀᴏɢᴇʀɪᴀ; this sʏɴᴅʀᴏᴍᴇ is also called Hᴜtᴄʜɪɴsᴏɴ-Gɪʟꜰᴏʀᴅ. This sʏɴᴅʀᴏᴍᴇ is “a progressive genetic abnormality that accelerates the aging process in 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. It is a ᴅɪsᴇᴀsᴇ that has no cure. It is very rare and usually begins when the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 is two years old. At first, no symptoms are seen. The life expectancy of patients is very low and is around 13 years on average, since in some cases it has exceeded 20 years.” The causes of ᴅᴇᴀtʜ for those who suffer from them can be linked to ʜᴇᴀʀt ᴀttᴀᴄᴋs, ᴠᴀsᴄᴜʟᴀʀ problems, and ᴄᴇʀᴇʙʀᴀʟ problems.

Little Eline had to go through all this as a newborn. And her mother Michelle also had to do it, as she is another example of strength, courage, tireless struggle, exhaustion, and sleepless nights, but she proved to everyone that love can conquer everything.

Michelle, until the end, made sure that Eline lived happily, surrounded only by love, despite her health conditions. On social networks, she also opened a profile on Instagram to be able to tell their love story. These photographs say more than a thousand words. Unfortunately, the little girl ᴅɪᴇᴅ at the age of one year and three months. The mother never gave up and always fought for her special little girl.
