These adorable identical twins were born with different skin colors.Two identical twin girls born in Nigeria generate thousands of reactions on Instagram every time her mother uploads her photos.

This is not because they are the same as one imagines, quite the contrary!

Daniel and David are as different as night and day, as their mom says, since one is brown with black hair and the other, born with ᴀʟʙɪɴɪsᴍ, is white with golden hair.

Her mother, Stacey, shared her story and talked about how incredibly different her two children are.

“We didn’t know about their differences while she was pregnant; The ultrasound showed nothing. Our surprise was huge when our first twin came out with black hair and the second with golden hair. Even the doctors were sʜᴏᴄᴋᴇᴅ, and seconds after giving birth, they told us that we have two completely identical twins,” she said characteristically.

It turns out that David has ᴀʟʙɪɴɪsᴍ, a ɢᴇɴᴇtɪᴄ ᴄᴏɴᴅɪtɪᴏɴ that affects 1 in 20,000 people worldwide and occurs when the body produces little or no melanin. Αlthough it can often lead to other problems, such as vision problems, David is perfectly healthy.

The two brothers captured the world’s attention early on, earning their first fans within hours of birth. “Before I knew it, nurses started running in and out of the room to check on my kids, screaming,” Stacey said.

“But it wasn’t just the hospital staff who were sʜᴏᴄᴋᴇᴅ,” she continued. “His father was also overwhelmed and immediately nicknamed our second twin “Golden” because of his hair.”

The two children are very loved and, despite their external differences, they are very similar in character and are growing up as normal twins, say their happy parents, who still have an older daughter.
