However, BTS recently surprised fans by appearing together in the OST of the 3D animated movie “Bastions”. Timothy Media, a comprehensive media company, has just teased BTS’s special participation in the theme song of the 3D animated movie Bastions. This is a special gift for BTS’s ARMY fan group, as the members are currently pursuing solo activities and have not made a complete appearance in months. BTS is preparing to return with their full seven-member lineup.
Last Friday, the Korean animated film Bastions officially announced that BTS will sing the theme song for their upcoming 3D superhero movie. Furthermore, BIGHIT MUSIC revealed that BTS will be participating as a complete group on this single.

Recently, BTS members have had individual plans and have been working on their solo projects with great productivity. Jin has enlisted in the military since 2022 to fulfill his military duty. Therefore, the production of a product featuring all BTS members is not an easy task and may take quite a long time. However, fans did not expect that before starting their individual plans, BTS recorded this project to show appreciation. The first images of “Bastions” reveal an exciting movie about superheroes.
Bastions has shared a 30-second preview of the song along with clips from the movie described as a “K-pop action superhero 3D animation” to tell the story of superheroes fighting against environmental polluters. The unmistakable voices of Jung Kook and Jimin are prominently featured in the clip of the upbeat and highly fitting song for the two male singers.
The movie soundtrack of Bastions is set to be released on May 12th, and the film will be shown on the public television channel SBS in Korea two days later, on May 14th at 7:30 am (local time). In addition, Bastions has also shared plans to broadcast the film worldwide. BTS is expected to bring a captivating feeling to the audience as they take on the role of the theme song for the movie. BTS has participated in many projects, from music to fashion and has had many hit songs during their time together.
