A man at the gas station notices a dog experiencing shortness of breath. In the midst of the crowd, the dog appears emaciated and extremely hungry, but many passers-by ignore it. The dog’s name is African, and he is just skin and bones, indicating severe starvation for many days.
When the man approaches the dog, he is shocked to witness its dire condition. The dog is weak and sickly, unable to react in the presence of humans. Looking into Africa’s eyes, one can discern that he has been through a terrible time and is filled with fear.
With the help of some kind-hearted people, the man managed to take the poor dog to the veterinarian. Africa couldn’t move, so they had to use a bag to carry him. Everyone, including the veterinarians, will do everything they can to save Africa.
When Africa went to the veterinarian, he entered into a deep coma. The veterinarian immediately administered an injection. After some time, Africa was able to regain consciousness. After being nourished, he received intravenous insulin injections to stabilize his health.
Due to Africa’s health problems, he was supposed to stay at the vet for a long time. Thanks to the care and love of the vet and the man, Africa began to recover health. He showed significant signs of recovery and could feed himself. Eventually, he fully recovered and forgot all the bad memories from the past.
It is heartbreaking to think that, until this man came, Africa remained invisible to passers-by. We are very pleased that Africa has finally found good people willing to take care of, protect, and love him.
